2022 Monterey Bay Appraisal Seminar (MBAS)
It’s BACK! Our 2021 debut offering of the revival of this long-standing networking and educational event was a HUGE success and plans are in progress for another successful virtual event for 2022.
The Monterey Bay Appraisal Seminar originated in 1960 as a joint offering sponsored by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, the Appraisal Institute and NAIFA. After a hiatus of several years, the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is proud to revitalize this iconic, long-standing education and networking event.
Our 2022 offering will be a 7-hour “synchronous” (formerly known as virtual) presentation. While had hoped to “go LIVE”, it looks like we will have to wait to meet and greet in-person in scenic Monterey Bay area until 2023. However, our 2022 MBAS will include post-conference “live” networking in several easily accessible areas throughout the Monterey Bay Area.
