The conference is approved for 7-hours of California BREA CEC (#24CP754601582), 7-hours of SBE Training Credit for Assessors and 35-AI Points for Appraisal Institute Professionals. Note: BOE/SBE no longer issues CAR numbers for assessors but has PRE-APPROVED this offering. Some states including Hawaii, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska may offer reciprocal state credit. ASA, ASFMRA and IRWA also generally offer reciprocal credit for Appraisal Institute offerings. Check with your state board and/or organization(s) directly before registering.
