Thursday, September 18 – Saltgrass Steakhouse (Patio Area), Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino No need to leave the facility!  We’ll slip from the last conference session of the day to sipping, noshing and socializing!

Nevada NRED Credit is Available!
Our 2025 Lake Tahoe Conference is approved for 60 points if attending both days (or 30 points per day) of Appraisal Institute CEC and 12 hours if attending both days (or 6 hours per day) of California BREA CEC, Oregon ACLB, Nevada NRED and pre-approval from the CA State Board of Equalization for Training Credit (for CA Assessors).   Some states including Hawaii, Arizona, Montana, Washington, Idaho and Alaska may offer reciprocal credit.  ASA, ASFMRA and IRWA also generally offer reciprocal credit for Appraisal Institute offerings.  Check with your state board and/or organization(s) directly before registering.  NOTE: CA SBE now offers pre-approvals but no longer issues / requires CAR numbers.
