This is what recent attendees have to say about this seminar . . .
“Great seminar! I truly enjoyed it and learned a lot. This is an exciting field for our profession and offers a lot of opportunities for others.”
– J.K.
“I have to admit I took the class out of curiosity and to receive CE credits.
However, I got really excited about it and am seriously considering putting it into use.
I do a lot of agricultural land assignments and can see how valuable it could be to the clients.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with drones.”
– J.W.
“Aerial Inspections for Real Estate Appraisers” provides a realistic and thorough approach to using drones to gather useful data that can be used by a variety of different real estate businesses. Whether we want to fly a drone for your business or hire a pilot, this presentation provides us with the information appraisers need.
The 7-hour “live” in-person presentation is broken down into 5 distinctive sections, known as Flight Briefings.
The Flight Briefings are as follows:
– Types of Drones
– Real Estate Uses of Drones
– Trends of Drones
– Rules and Regulations
– Mission Day
Registrants will be provided with digital models and maps for the class. This will really showcase some of the unique features.
BONUS Fun! Students who have use of a private plane can also fly into the Watts-Woodland airport! Watts-Woodland Airport is a historic destination. It is the oldest privately owned public airport in the United States!
