Join us for our newest Interactive Chat – Beyond the Chatbot: Three Levels of AI for Appraisers! All appraisers and support staff are welcome and invited to participate. No AI (artificial intelligence) experience is required.
This will be an informal discussion regarding artificial intelligence and its practical applications in the appraisal profession. Whether you are already using AI tools or are just curious, it is a great opportunity to share ideas and learn from fellow appraisers.
Using the Intake and Research appraisal pipeline step, Will Cunningham will demonstrate how appraisers can use AI at three different levels:
• Level 1: Chatbot – Conversation
Summarizes and analyzes the information an appraiser provides.
• Level 2: Agent – Action
Locates sources, reviews attachments, reconciles conflicting information, and prepares work across multiple tools.
• Level 3: Agentic Systems – Coordination, visibility, and control
Turns individual agent tasks into a visible, repeatable workflow with checkpoints, progress updates, and human approval gates.
The presentation will offer appraisers a practical look at where they can go next with AI while keeping source verification, confidentiality, professional judgment, and final decisions with the appraiser.
