East Bay Branch Chapter “Coffee Catch-Up”

We are gathering post sunrise in the suburbs! Join us for in-person networking, no-host beverages and yummy breakfast treats starting at 8:00am! We will hang out until about 10am-ish.
Connect with your fellow residential and commercial appraisers next week in downtown Lafayette over a morning coffee. We are bringing together the locals to connect, share war stories, and just chat after a few years of COVID crazy. It’s informal, and we hope you join us along with any other local appraisers you might not have seen in a few years.
This is a great opportunity to also get the pulse on the ever-changing market we live in, and the industry as a whole. We will have local appraisers, Chapter members, and a local instructor in attendance.
All are welcome to this fun, casual, no pressure social event! You get the picture – it’s super informal. Designed for all appraisers – “seasoned”, newbies, residential, commercial – or even those just thinking about a career in real estate appraising.
