REAA East Bay Presents: Understanding Market Dynamics & Changes – Trends, Analysis & Adjustments

Market analysis is an important part of the valuation process.
Fannie Mae recently issued guidelines regarding market analysis that became effective February 4th. This class will help you identify, analyze and calculate and report market changes and provide evidence-based support for your time adjustments and other adjustments using Excel. This is a hands-on workshop and students have to bring a laptop or i-Pad with Excel already pre-loaded on it to class. Together, we will export MLS files into Excel and develop scatter graphs, other types of charts, and, if there is time, do pivot tables.
Approved for 3-hours of BREA CEC.
