REAA East Bay presents Market Analysis with RStudio

In this class, students will learn to integrate their local MLS data into an analytical computer software tool called RStudio. Students will be able to use the program to generate graphical representations for use in market analysis.
This course is tailored for beginners who are new to RStudio, with no prior experience required in Excel or similar tools, except for familiarity with their local MLS platform. Specifically designed as an accessible on-ramp, it serves as an ideal starting point for individuals who have completed George Dell’s course but have not yet transitioned to R Studio or are preparing to take his courses
We will take a few datasets from local areas, plug them into the software, and go over how to format them correctly to make a graph show up. Please note that due to the time limit, this course is not a comprehensive tour of the program and also does not delve into theory or statistics.
Students will need to have R and RStudio downloaded onto a computer to participate.
