Join RES-NC for an interactive chat with Scott DiBiasio of the Appraisal Institute for an update on the latest appraisal-related activity in Washington, D.C.

Scott will discuss appraisal provisions included in the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act and what they may mean for residential appraisers.

• All residential appraisers are encouraged to participate
