Seminar: Accredited Green Appraiser

These 2-day FREE LIVE / In-Person seminars are being presented by the Marin County Community Development Agency Sustainability Team in conjunction with BayREN.
These trainings will teach real estate professionals about the principles and practices that distinguish green buildings from traditional buildings, methods for appraising high-performance homes, and approaches to solve solar-related valuation problems. The secondary mortgage market guidelines require this competency prior to accepting an assignment, so now is the time to learn!
BayREN has paid all fees, so the training is FREE for Appraisers who attend!
– Attendees must be licensed appraisers in the State of California and reside in one of the nine Bay Area Counties
– Appraisers are eligible to receive for 14-hours of BREA CEC (#2310581002) with full attendance on 11/19 & 11/20
