Webinar: New Minimum AVM Quality Control Standards
October 3, 2024 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
The role of AVMs in appraisal is a topic of hot debate.

The approach is designed allow banks “flexibility” to create more specific policies and procedures “based on the size of the bank and the risk and complexity of transactions in which AVMs are used” and to adapt to changing technology.
Panelists will look specifically at what the introduction of the new minimum quality control standards means for the use of AVMs, its effects on expectations for appraisers, and the implications for further trending issues in the appraisal industry.
