Master the Tricks of Cost of Occupancy and Business Valuation for Special Use Properties
The Monterey Bay and Golden Gate Branch Chapters are presenting a “LIVE / In-Person” 3-hour workshop focused on the practical techniques used to value special use properties and the businesses that operate within them.
Our presenters will dive into cost of occupancy analysis, equipment valuation, and business valuation methodologies, with a strong emphasis on carving out the individual components of value — real estate, business enterprise, and equipment — so each can be properly isolated and supported. Real-life case studies will address a range of property types well beyond the typical hotel and gas station examples.
Designed for appraisers, bankers, and real estate professionals at all experience levels who want actionable tools for tackling these complex, intertwined valuations.
