Appraisers Available
Real Estate Trainee Appraiser
I was reaching out to see if you currently have an opportunity for a Real Estate Trainee Appraiser. I started my Real Estate career as a Real Estate Appraiser and have worked in multiple residential and corporate areas since. I have decided to return to appraising and have already completed all the required classes to regain my Trainee level Appraisal License (AL012091). Once I complete the trainee hours, I will advance to Certified Residential. While an appraiser I worked independently and covered the Santa Clara, Alameda, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo counties. I maintained a great working relationship with my appraising team and never missed a delivery date nor had an appraisal review rejected.
After leaving Real Estate Appraisal I became a property manager, project manager, real estate agent and then into corporate real estate department at Symantec, Satellite Healthcare, and currently Cisco Systems in San Jose, CA.
I recently joined Appraisal Institute, but also an active member of IFMA where I have achieved a Facilities Management Professional (FMP) designation, CoreNet Global where I have achieved my Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) designations. I received my MBA from Marylhurst University in Portland, OR, where I also added additional classes for a concentration in Real Estate Transactions. During this education period I also pursued my Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). I feel my strongest assets are my relationship building skills, my drive, multi-tasking, and self-starter work ethics. I take pride in assuming responsibility for my work and focus on my duties in a timely and efficient manner.
I realize you may not be ready to add a new person to you team today, but please keep me in mind.
Please call me on my cell phone: 408-893-8288 to set up an interview at your convenience. Thank you for considering me for a trainee job and for reading my cover letter. I look forward to speaking to you soon.
